Custom Libbey Can UV DTF Wrap

Love to design? Don't see what you want? We will custom print your Libbey can wraps for you using our UV DTF transfer technology.

Libbey cup designs have a max width of 9.4" and a max height of 4". So your image may be shorter than 9.4" wide but be 4" high. Or it may be shorter than 4" high but will be 9.4" wide. We can not tell you what it will come out. We size all graphics proportionally so they look as you sent them.

Please note that due to cup size variations, a seamless design may have a gap on the back or may overlap itself. Unlike sublimation, you can not overlap the design. You will need to try wrapping your cup before sticking the decal on the cup to see how it lines up. We will not reprint if your cup is too skinny or too large. So we recommend designs that a seam won't be seen such as the Dog Mom design shown below. 

What is a UV DTF transfer? UV DTF is NOT for clothing. This is a hard surface print. Think of what you would put a sticker on. Coolers, drink ware, boats, wood, acrylic you name it. UV stickers are super durable. They do not fade in the sun. They are waterproof. Scratch resistant and you don't have to worry if they accidentally hit the dishwasher.

While UV DTF transfers can survive the dishwasher, hand washing is best for longevity of the sticker.

All submitted graphics must be print quality. Minimum 300dpi. PNG & PDF formats accepted. PNG is preferred! Lower quality graphics do not print well. NO screenshots.

You must have POD licensing or permission from the graphics vendor before sending graphics to us. This is on you to attain and we will not work to attain it for you. You are responsible for ensuring your graphics do not violate trademarks.

All our UV DTF transfers are printed in house on our commercial printer.
